연구목적 : 포커싱적 태도는 자신의 몸과 마음을 스스로 다스리고, 자신에 대한 통찰력을 얻는 매우 강력한 역량이다. 따라서 간호사의 포커싱적 태도는 감정노동이나 간호성과에도 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 예측되나 아직까지 이에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 임상 간호사의 포커싱적 태도, 감정노동, 간호업무성과의 정도를 조사하고, 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 실시되었다.
연구방법 : 자료수집은 D시에 소재한 2개의 대학병원에서 근무하고 있는 간호사 212명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 20.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀 분석을 사용하였다.
연구결과 : 간호업무성과는 포커싱적 태도(r=.45, p<.001)와 정적 상관관계, 감정노동(r=-.25, p<.001)과는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 가장 강력한 설명요인은 포커싱적 태도(β=.41, p<.001)였으며, 연령(β=.30, p=.002), 감정노동(β=.14, p=.012)과 같이 간호업무성과를 37.1%로 설명하는 것으로 나타났다(F=25.87, p<.001).
결론 : 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 임상 간호사의 간호업무 성과를 높이기 위해서는 포커싱 체험 심리치료를 응용한 교육프로그램 등을 통해 포커싱적 태도를 높이는 전략에 대해 새롭게 고려할 필요가 있겠으며, 임상 간호사의 감정노동을 주기적이고 체계적으로 관리해 줄 관리체계가 마련되어져야 할 것이다.

Purpose: Focusing manner is very powerful mind-body self-help and self-awareness competence. So focusing manner may affect nurses' emotional labor and nursing performance, but few are known about it to date. The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of focusing manner, emotional labor, nursing performance of clinical nurses, and the factors that affect nursing performance.
Methods: In order to collect data, structured questionnaires were administered to 212 nurses who worked at 2 university hospitals located in D city. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 20.0.
Results: Nursing performance had positive relationship with focusing manner (r=.45, p<.001), and negative relationship with emotional labor (r=-.25, p<.001). And the most prediction factor influencing nursing performance was focusing manner (β=.41, p<.001) and the other factors were age (β=.30, p=.002), and emotional labor (β =.14, p=.012). The total variance was 37.1% by those predictors (F=25.87, p<.001).
Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and educational program on focusing manner-oriented psychotherapy in order to improve the nursing performance. Also, the management system for controlling emotional labor needs to be set up for nurses in clinical settings.
